Cancelling Orders
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the product is dispatched, except for lead up to Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, when require 48 hours notice.
Undeliverable Order
If no-one is available to accept the delivery then a ‘notification card' will be left at the address (indicating that the item in perishable).
Lost Orders
For all orders, if the expected delivery date has exceeded and you have still not received your purchased items, please contact us as +44 (0) 207 404 6893, within 3 working days of the dispatch of the purchase.
To investigate a lost order with our delivery partners could take up to 5 working days and we will keep you informed of the progress.
RETURNS
We cannot accept returns or exchange of flowers. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase, please phone us on +44 (0) 207 404 6893 within 3 working days of the dispatch of the purchase.
